Product Shipping Policy

The Pet Glider is proud to offer a selection of quality products for you and your pets! We pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping services which we offer internationally. 
Our shipping department aims to get all orders out within 1-3 business days. With current COVID delays, our processing time may take up to 5 business days on some orders. We offer both USPS Priority mail and FedEx Express shipping as expedited services that you may select at checkout. FedEx Ground is a standard shipping method provided by FedEx, it is not an expedited delivery. Please know that processing on these orders may still require up to 5 days, but we will do our best to prioritize these orders and get them out to you as quickly as possible! Express shipping fees will not be refunded due to any issues with the mail carrier. Our team can only make sure that we use the appropriate shipping service; we cannot guarantee the conditions of the mail system. The Pet Glider LLC will not be held liable for packages that are lost in transit. Should your order become lost in the mail, The Pet Glider will contact the mail office and file a claim for the package. We will always do our best to help you get to the bottom of the issue!
International product shipping is available for most items! Eucalyptus and live mealworms, however, can only be shipped within the USA. If you are trying to check out with other products and you do not see your country available, please contact our shipping department for help placing your order. (more info below)

Sugar gliders are shipped through the airlines only and will not be sent using any mail service. If you purchase sugar gliders (and not products) and add on additional shipping options such as FedEx 2Day, we will credit that amount back to your account as those services cannot be used for the gliders. If you purchased products with your glider order, we will apply that service to your product shipment.
Delays you can expect with your order:
  • Wheels currently require up to 10 weeks for the manufacturer to produce each order. Your wheel will be shipped separately from any other items once it has been finished.
  • Orders for live mealworms get shipped Mon-Weds using Priority mail to ensure live delivery. If you order on Wednesday or later, your worms will be shipped the following week.
  • Orders for fresh Eucalyptus get mailed directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 14days for shipping.
  • Orders with custom tray liners will take 2-5 days to have your liner made first and then your order will be shipped out to you.
  • Orders placed using Paypal checkout will sometimes show that your payment is pending. Your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared from YOUR BANK. 
  • Orders with sugar gliders: We do not send sugar gliders to anyone until we have spoken with the new owners and confirmed the sale. If you checkout online with sugar gliders and products as a first time guest, we may hold your products until after our sales team has spoken with you and approved the sale.

Please include your zip code and a full list of items you would like to purchase. Shipping quotes are based on package weight, and therefore we must know each item you plan to purchase in order to get you a quote.
