Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-5 days in transit for delivery. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at 713-446-4415.

Free Shipping for all orders $99.95 or more

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
All orders placed at The Pet Glider will come with a tracking number. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, after the post office scans in the package. Make sure your email on file with us is current in order to receive the emails with your order updates.
Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if you don't receive your package within 1 day of being marked delivered, please contact us by either phone (713-446-4415) or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your order number (TPG-####) when contacting us.
International Shipping Policy
The Pet Glider can ship your products internationally, EXCLUDING eucalyptus branches and mealworms. International shipping fees vary, so please contact us for a quote if you are unable to check out online.
All mealworm orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail, and only shipped Monday – Wednesday in order to guarantee live delivery. If your order is placed after Monday, your mealworms may be shipped out the following week due to processing time.
Cages + Cage Bundles
Cages will be shipped through FedEx, and shipped separately from other products that are ordered.
All fresh eucalyptus orders will be sent directly from the distributor. Please allow up to 14 days processing time.
Wheel orders will be sent directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 3 weeks processing time.
