Shared On: Sat Jul 5 11:10:59 2008I just wanted to give you an update on the babies. I haven't started handling them just yet but I am excited because they seem curious about me and like to tilt their ears from side to side when I talk to them. They were very active last night playing in their wheel and jumping up for the toy I hung at the top of the cage for them. They must have been hungry from their trip because they ate all of their dinner very quickly and enjoyed some mealworms as well. I named the girl Kiwi and the boy Mango. Kiwi has only crabbed twice when I made a loud noise and startled her but Mango hasn't done it once.
I just wanted to say thanks again for all the help you provided for me. I was so worried when I started looking at sugar gliders because of the horror stories about mills and bad breeders, but you are definitely one of the best out there! I know that you've given them a lot of love and care and that they are going to be wonderful pets. I can't wait to have tent time with them!!

Shared On: Fri Jun 20 22:35:20 2008I hope you remember me, I adopted Jasper and he brought Wilson along with him.
I want to let you know that they are happy, healthy, and full of life. Jasper loves to sit on my head and hang out with me. He likes our mini dachshund and they have become friends. Wilson is still apprehensive, however he likes to hold on my fingers and...he has a very high pitch bark: I can tell his voice over the others. He is the chatterbox of the bunch. My original glider suggie is very happy with his new buddies!
Thank you for such wonderful, healthy, lovable pets! They are bonded to me and they will not allow anyone else to hold them. They are mamas boys. I have recommended your site to everyone who shows interest in owning these precious babies!
Thank you again!

Shared On: Sun Jun 8 11:04:05 2008 So, I've had my two babies for close to two months now. And, I've grown so attached to them. They arrived all cute and cuddly, happy to be in their "comfort cube." They were safe, and well fed. From the moment we laid eyes on each other, it was love at first sight. Bonding has been fun....challenging at times, but completely worth it. The boys have never crabbed once!! Completely happy, and sweet. They bark up a storm when we play, and they cuddle like no other animal I know. I love them.....thanks for bringing these two babies into my world! Gizmo and Stitch say thank you for giving them a nice home!

Shared On: Wed Sep 5 13:18:25 2007The gliders are still sleeping in separate pouches, and Muskrat still hisses when Brigid comes near her.
I had got my tent ready for that night. I waited until they were ready to wake up and went in the tent with them. I hung up ropes and had different toys for them to play with. The tent is all mesh so they can climb all over it.
After eating some worms, Brigid wanted to cuddle with me, so she wrapped herself in her blankie and I held her in my hands against my chest and she took a nap. Well, Muskrat was on my shoulder when this happened and after a few minutes she crawled down and took a nap with Brigid in my hands. Then when they woke up they were raring to go!
Muskrat was climbing everywhere and then Brigid started to play; but again when Brigid would get a little too aggressive Muskrat would hiss. So I tried something from the Dog Whisperer and when Brigid was being a little over the top I would shush her and tap her nose to get her attention. Then she would look at me and forget what she was doing.
Maybe I'm becoming the glider whisperer. After two hours I put them in their cage and got their food together. When I got back, they were both running on the big wodent wheel I have in the cage. So it looks like things are getting better.
I want to thank you so much for Muskrat. She is the sweetest, gentlest little girl just like my Brigid! I am so fortunate that there are wonderful breeders like you out there who make such wonderful lifemates for us humans.
