Glenda Chance from St. Joseph, Missouri | Shared On: Wed May 27 02:27:58 2009 I received my two little-ones May 15 at the cargo area of the airport. They arrived in a shipping crate that looks like a plastic storage container; they were in side of a pouch with a slice of orange and meal worms. They didn’t crab much on the hour ride home. When I got them home I put the pouch on the floor of the cage. The female glider who I’ve named “Suki” crawled out and climbed into the pouch I had hanging in the cage. The male who I’ve named “Crash” stayed in the pouch he traveled in. Later that night they were both out running around their cage and eating. The bond process was tough, Suki seems think my fingers/hands are food. Crash is extremely paranoid and scared of everything. I started out carrying them around with me in their pouch during the day for 2 hours and staying up late to be around when they get up to do their crazy ninja skills in their cage (around 2-4 in the morning…). Now, I take their pouch out of the cage and lay it on the floor of the glider proof room at 8 pm. The first couple times of this Suki would get out and explore the room, Crash would stay in the pouch and crab. I would pet Crash through the pouch until he calmed down enough to safely reach inside and pet him—against his will of course… Now I force Crash out by turning the pouch upside down and waiting for him to let go of it, he then runs off and explores with Suki. Suki is biting less now and giving me little nibbles instead. She also likes to jump on me and climb up on top of my head to glide to the floor. Crash will run over to me when I’m sitting on the floor, I’m sure he will warm up to me eventually. Priscilla was very involved, thoughtful, and helpful. She called and made sure everything was in order for her \"babies\" before they were shipped. I\'m very happy with them and enjoy their company. | | | Bethany from Ga | Shared On: Tue Apr 21 23:08:39 2009 I adopted Cal and Lena from Priscilla about a month ago now. They were very healthy and happy when I picked them up at the airport. Though I was a little nervous about having them sent to us via airplane, it was a very easy process. And she replies very quickly to any questions you have. Thanks again! | | | Josh from Florida | Shared On: Tue Apr 21 17:11:41 2009 I just wanted to make a follow up testimonial on the comment that my girlfriend, Lauren, posted back in February. All three of the boys we purchased from Priscilla have settled in wonderfully. They are and have always been some of the sweetest little Sugar Gliders. We have decided to call them "Aussie, Gizmo and Scooter". Lauren chose the names herself. They are extremely gorgeous, we highly recommend Priscilla and purchasing with her. She is more than another seller, she's a glider mom extraordinare! | | | | Chantae | Shared On: Thu Mar 12 13:37:49 2009 I just want to say thank you so much for making my first adoption experience a very memorable one. I absolutely LOVE my babies and can't thank you enough for all the time and patience that you took with me in selecting the perfect ones. I really enjoyed meeting you; what a really sweetheart you are. I will definitely keep you posted on how my little ones are doing. Thanks again, Chantae Adams - Sugar Land, Texas | | | Lauren from Florida | Shared On: Thu Apr 9 14:08:52 2009 In the beginning, we were very hesitant to purchase from Priscilla Price. We didn't live close enough where we could visit and see all of her gliders in person. We hadn't spoken to her and these were the first gliders we were considering purchasing from her breeding organization. After deciding to go through with it, we were OVERJOYED! I purchased three boys, John, Joel and Justin (now named Aussie, Scooter & Gizmo) as an addition to my colony. They arrived safe and sound, there was a bit of crabbing on the drive home but when we got there...they were so sweet! They let me hold them and pet them. I love my new gliders so much, if I ever am interested in another-Priscilla is my first choice. Thank you so much Priscilla for bringing my sweet angels into my life!!! | | |
